Waterloo Junction was purchased on behalf of a private entity from a developer who was seeking to liquidate. The investment was underwritten by a 20-year tavern lease to Coles and a 9-year office lease to Watpac Ltd.

Waterloo Junction is a mix of restored heritage tavern and office space, combined with a new commercial tower and retail space. Waterloo enjoys high visibility and is strategically located in the sought-after urban renewal area of Fortitude Valley and Newstead.

Purchased in a buyers’ market and sold into a buoyant sellers’ market.
