Property Overview
River Markets is a substantial convenience centre forming part of the Maroochy Outlook mixed-use development. It comprised of residential lots, housing construction, shopping centre construction and leasing and a riverfront area approved for a lake development. The lots were sold individually, while the shopping centre was initially held as an investment and the approved riverfront sold to a retirement village operator.
